Polish Aviation Museum is one of the largest museums of its kind in Europe. And the only on our continent that is on the site of the former airport. Within the museum, you can see more than 140 different kinds of airplanes, helicopters and gliders from different areas. An additional attraction of PAM is one of the largest collections of aircraft engines in the whole world.

The vast majority of aircraft that can be found in the museum are old models of airplanes that have been transferred to the account of the museum by the military, the rest of the exhibiton are airplanes exchanged with other museum.

A very interesting part of the exhibition is a collection of aircraft that belonged to Hermann Goering, it consists of 25 aircraft that after the war went to the city of Cracow. Except that in the exposure of the museum you can find the planes from Sweden, United Kingdom, United States, Poland and other countries.
